Third Day
of the 4 Days of Reflection
Today you'll reflect on the months of July, Augustus and September 2025, continue writing about them or make a collage in your journal.

  • Take good care of yourself today.
  • Schedule some time during the day to spend in silence.
  • Create a cosy and quiet space for yourself.
  • Light a candle. Or a tea light... and if the wax is liquid, carefully add a few drops of essential oil.
  • Cover your legs with a soft, warm blanket.
  • Make yourself a nice cup of your favorite delicious tea.
  • Use tools like the photos on your phone, your calendar and of course your journal to reflect on these three months.
  • What did you do? What was good? What was less enjoyable?
  • What are you grateful for?
  • What brings a smile to your face, and what brings a tear?
  • Can you return to those moments? Do images, smells, words, or colors come to mind? Write them down or draw them.
  • What will you carry with you into 2026 and what will you leave behind in 2025?
  • You are cleaning in a way and it's the perfect day to clean your surroundings and to burn some sage or palo santo.

Burn sheet

  • Write on a separate sheet of paper what you want to let go of from these months. Then burn this sheet and give it to the fire. Gaze into the fire until the sheet is burned and consciously say goodbye to what no longer serves you and be grateful for what was.
