Did you, like me, also lack the time yesterday to reflect on three months? Maybe we need to get into a routine? And maybe I'll learn from this and plan things differently next year...

Second Day

of the 4 Days of Reflection
Today you'll reflect on the months of April, May, and June 2025, continue writing about them or make a collage in your journal.

Take good care of yourself on this second day:

  • Schedule some time during the day to spend in silence.
  • Create a cosy and quiet space for yourself.
  • Light a candle.
  • Cover your legs with a soft, warm blanket.
  • Make yourself a nice cup of tea.
  • Use tools like the photos on your phone or your calendar to reflect on these three months.
  • What did you do? What was good? What was less enjoyable?
  • What are you grateful for?
  • What brings a smile to your face, and what brings a tear?
  • Can you return to those moments? Do images, smells, words, or colors come to mind? Write them down or draw them.
  • What will you carry with you into 2026 and what will you leave behind in 2025?

Burn sheet

  • Write on a separate sheet of paper what you want to let go of from these months. Then burn this sheet and give it to the fire. Gaze into the fire until the sheet is burned and consciously say goodbye to what no longer serves you and be grateful for what was.

Idea

  • Create a fun bulletin board for yourself and collect the things you didn't get around to doing last year but still want to do. You can also write them down on pieces of paper, collect them in a glass jar, and spontaneously “draw” them over the coming year and do them.
