July is the month of ...

• In July nature is bursting with life, with flowers in full bloom, butterflies fluttering about and young animals.
• You don't hear many birds in summer, as they are moulting (changing their feathers), which makes them vulnerable, so they conserve energy and no longer need to sing to attract a mate.
• It is a time to celebrate growth and joy and to show who you are.
• Nature is in full bloom, mirroring our own potential to grow, enjoy what we have sown and find a balance between activity and rest.
