of the 4 Days of Reflection
Today you'll reflect on the months of July-Aug-Sep 2025. These reflective days have a different energy; it feels like everything is standing still for a moment, the days are short.
Take good care of yourself on these days, schedule some time during the day to spend in silence and make it nice for yourself:
- Light a candle.
- Cuddle a soft, warm blanket.
- Make yourself a nice cup of tea.
Use tools like the photos on your phone or your calendar to reflect on these three months of July-Aug-Sep 2025:
- What did you do? What was good? What was less enjoyable?
- What are you grateful for?
- What brings a smile to your face, and what brings a tear?
- Can you return to those moments? Do images, smells, words, or colors come to mind? Write them down or draw them. What will you carry with you into 2026 and what will you leave behind in 2025?
- Write on a separate sheet of paper what you want to let go of from these months. Then burn this sheet and give it to the fire. Gaze into the fire until the sheet is burned and consciously say goodbye to what no longer serves you and be grateful for what was.
