Example of a daily message*
The first four days (December 21st-24th) are dedicated to reflecting on the past year. The first day is about looking back on January-March 2025. Schedule a moment today to reflect and reflect, a moment for yourself. Light a candle, put on some pleasant music, put on something comfortable, put your phone on silent, and pick up your journal. Reflect on what the past few months have brought you, what you're grateful for. For example, look at the photos on your phone. Write down your thoughts or make a drawing.
