It's almost time...

You still have time for the final preparations.
Try to go within as much as possible this week,
don't try too many new things, slowly connect with yourself.
Sunday is the Winter Solstice (December 21st),
I want to prepare you step by step for what is to come...

Winter Solstice
The Winter Solstice of 2025 begins on Sunday, December 21st at 4:03 PM. This is the day with the least daylight on average. After this date, the amount of daylight per day will increase again. This shift to longer days is also called the winter solstice. For four days it seems as if everything stands still, a time for reflection.

Winter Solstice Days
These four days are 'Days of Reflection'. You look back on three months of 2025, starting on the Winter Solstice, December 21st. I specifically call this 'days,' not nights (more about the nights later).

Sunday, December 21: Reflect on January-February-March 2025
Monday, December 22: Reflect on April-May-June 2025
Tuesday, December 23: Reflect on July-August-September 2025
Wednesday, December 24: Reflect on October-November-December 2025

What you can prepare
Prepare your 'spot'...
Make sure you have resources on hand starting Sunday morning.

  • Have a nice notebook ready to write everything down.
  • Arrange a time during the day where you can spend some quiet time.
  • Prepare a set of candles you might want to light.
  • Have a soft, warm blanket ready.
  • Buy your favorite tea.
  • Perhaps also have photos on your phone or your calendar handy to take a look back at the months of 2025.

Messages
Starting Sunday morning, you will receive a message with a link in the WhatsApp group for four consecutive mornings at 8:00 AM. This will allow you to start Winter Solstice Day 1.

Enjoy your discoveries, sensations, dreams, and your creative power!

And remember, this is also my first time sharing this with others, so there will be errors. Feel free to send me a WhatsApp message if I can/need to adjust something, or if something isn't clear.
